Why Buy From Us

You have almost certainly seen some of these products elsewhere. Rain cloud humidifiers, galaxy projectors and magnetic phone grips are not exclusive to us, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. So here is the honest case for buying them here rather than from a marketplace listing.

We write our own product pages

Every description on this site was written by us, in British English, by someone who knows what the product does and what it does not do. We do not paste supplier copy. That is why our pages tell you that the rain cloud humidifier needs descaling every few weeks, that a galaxy projector will not light a room enough to read by, and that a spill-proof bowl will not stop a dog that deliberately paws at the water.

Marketplace listings do not tell you those things, because a marketplace listing is optimised to get you to buy once. We would rather you buy the right thing.

We tell you when not to buy

Our guides include a section on when we would say don't. Our product pages carry a "Good to know" section listing the limitations before the FAQs. If a product will not suit your room, your dog or your ceiling, we would rather you found out here than after it arrived.

We are UK-based and we answer emails

DigitalDealHeaven is run from the UK, prices are in pounds sterling, and returns come back to a UK process. Email digitaldealheaven@gmail.com and a person replies within 24 hours. Not a chatbot, not a ticket number that goes quiet.

Returns are genuinely 30 days, and we pay the postage

Thirty days from receiving your item to request a return, in original condition and packaging. If the return is accepted we send you a return shipping label, so you are not out of pocket to send something back. Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. EU customers additionally get the 14-day cooling-off period the law requires, and nothing in our policy affects your statutory rights.

We mention this because a lot of stores selling these products quote seven days, which is below what UK and EU consumers are entitled to.

Free delivery, with no small print

• Delivery is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. No threshold to reach, no charge appearing at checkout.
• Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 12 days. We do not promise next day, because we cannot deliver next day.
• Ordering from outside the UK? An estimated import duty is worked out and added at checkout before you pay — roughly 4% of the order value on recent US orders. You see it before you commit, and it means the courier should not be asking you for money on the doorstep. Local sales tax, where your country charges it on imports, can still apply separately.

If you need something for a specific date, work backwards from 12 days, not 7.

What we are not

We are a small operation, not a chain. We do not have a phone line, same-day dispatch, gift wrapping, or a warehouse full of stock in every colourway. If any of those matter more to you than the points above, a high street retailer will serve you better, and we would rather say so than waste your time.

What we are good at

Finding the small number of gadgets in a very crowded category that are genuinely worth owning, describing them accurately, and standing behind them for thirty days. That is the whole proposition.
