Good to know
The stirring mechanism sits in the lid, so the lid should be wiped rather than submerged or put in a dishwasher. The body washes normally. It is a mixing mug, not an insulated flask — it will not keep a drink hot for hours.
Frequently asked questions
Will it dissolve protein powder properly?
Yes, for most powders. Add liquid first and powder second, as you would in a shaker, and give it two or three short bursts rather than one long one.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
The mug body yes, the lid no — there is a motor in it. Rinse the lid under a tap and wipe it dry.
Is it noisy?
It makes a brief whirring sound for a few seconds. Quieter than a milk frother, and it is only on while you hold the button.
Does it keep drinks warm?
No. It is a stirring mug, not a thermal one. If you want heat retention, look at our insulated lunch and drink range instead.
