Good to know
It is a phone tripod, not a camera tripod — it is built for the weight of a phone and will not hold a DSLR. If you need eye-level height for talking to camera, stand it on something; that is normal practice, not a workaround.

Does it work with Android?
Yes. iPhone 12 and later attach directly via the built-in MagSafe magnets. Android phones and older iPhones use the metal ring supplied in the box, which sticks to the phone or its case.
How do I pair the remote?
It connects as a Bluetooth keyboard rather than as a camera accessory. Switch it on, open your phone's Bluetooth settings, tap it when it appears, and the button then works inside your normal camera app. You only do this once.
Will the magnet damage my phone?
No. It is the same strength as Apple's own MagSafe accessories, sits against the back of the phone and does not affect charging.
Is it stable enough outdoors?
On a flat surface, yes. In wind, weight the legs or brace it — that applies to every tripod at this size, not just this one.
Do I need the camera grip as well?
Only if you also shoot handheld. The tripod is for static shots, the grip is for handheld. They use the same magnetic system, so if you have both you can swap in about a second.
